Regenerative ability of grape cuttings under the influence of yeast suspension treatment

The paper presents the growing experiment results on activating regenerative ability of Moldova table variety grape cuttings by processing pressed baking yeast suspension. present circumstance became basis for conducting special studies to check cutting response treatment with suspension, identification drug optimal concentration. In spring, two-eyed were completely soaked 24 hours in water, and then they placed basal ends suspension at various concentrations same time. Moreover, these tested both pure form combination 3% sucrose. As a result conducted studies, it was revealed that certain concentration can have an effect cuttings. use together sucrose solution increases their physiological activity. It found end soaking 10-20 g/l, sucrose, contributed rooting increased 20-30%, proportion three roots or more – 22.5-30.0%, number 13.5–16.2%. best option 20 g/l.
